Forgot to track your aligner wear time? How to fix it
A missed tap can be fixed. You don't need to remember the exact minute. Entering roughly when it happened keeps your daily wear time close to accurate.
Depending on what you forgot
Each kind of missed tap has its own fix.
| What happened | Result | How to fix |
|---|---|---|
| Didn't tap when taking them out | Time out logged as zero | "Forgot to tap?" → pick how many minutes ago they came out |
| Didn't tap when putting them back | Time out keeps growing | "Forgot to tap?" → pick how many minutes ago they went back in |
| A past day is wrong | Day shows as goal missed | Tap the day on the History calendar and edit |
| Day boundary is wrong | Overnight wear split across two days | Settings → My day starts at |
Fix it in Wearlo
- On the timer screen, tap "Forgot to tap?"
- Pick roughly when, like "10 min ago"
- To be more precise, open History and tap that day
- Change the out and in times, add a missing out time, or delete a wrong one
So you don't forget next time
The main reason people forget is the few seconds it takes to open an app. A home-screen widget switches in or out with one tap.
While your trays are out, a status bar notification keeps counting, so you can tap "They're back in" right from the notification.
