Rep3030-day home workouts that never get too hard too fast
No equipment. No sign-up. A few minutes a day.
Pick full body, abs, butt & legs or arms & chest, then start at Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. 5–7 moves, about 4–8 minutes. Tell Rep30 how today felt and tomorrow's reps adjust — so you don't burn out in the second week.

Why most 30-day challenges fail
Around week two the reps jump and you just can't keep up
Is "15" reps or seconds? Nobody says
Finish day 30 and you're thrown back to day 1

Adaptive, short, consistent
Reps that adapt to you
After each workout, tap easy / just right / too hard. Tomorrow's reps go +10% / stay the same / drop 15%. No sudden walls.
30-day grid with rest days
Four focus areas × Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced. Recovery days are built in so you can finish without overdoing it.
Clear units

Skip or swap any move
Don't know a move or it bothers you? Skip it or swap it for another move for the same body part. Rest between moves: 0, 10, 20 or 30 s.

Frequently asked questions
Is the number 15 reps or seconds?
Rep30 always shows the unit — "15 reps" or "30 sec". Timed moves run a big countdown with a beep in the last 3 seconds.
The workouts got too hard — can I lower it?
Yes. Tap "too hard" after a workout and the next day's reps drop by about 15%. "Just right" keeps them the same and "easy" adds about 10%. You can also skip or swap any move.
What happens after 30 days?
You don't start over. Continue to the next level, picking up from today's intensity.
Can I skip exercises I don't know?
Yes. Skip any move, or swap it for another move for the same body part.
Do I need equipment?
No. Every move is bodyweight — all you need is space for a mat.
Is there a subscription?
No subscription and no sign-up. And no ads appear during the workout itself.
How long does a workout take?
Usually 4–8 minutes for 5–7 moves. Choose 0, 10, 20 or 30 seconds of rest between moves.
Where is my progress stored?
