Free ยท No account ยท One tap when it hurts

Achedot is a free Android headache diary built for the moment it hurts. One big button starts the clock and one tap ends it. Pain level, location, triggers and medicine can wait until you feel better. Add past headaches on any date and time, see your headache days on a calendar, and share a monthly report with your doctor. No account, no login.

Why people give up on migraine apps

"it defaults to today's date everytime"

"My headache was 5am on 26. Ended 1am 27."

"Have to create an account to even try"

"a calendar showing episodes is locked behind a paywall"

"'you're migraine free for XX days!' messages"

"Staring at the phone as it interogates you"

Achedot asks for one tap when it hurts. The rest can wait, and it stays on your phone

FAQ

Can I log a migraine from a few days ago, or does it default to today?

You can log any date. Pick the start and end date and time separately, and edit any entry later.

My headache started at 5am and ended at 1am the next day. Can I log that?

Yes. Choose the next day as the end date and it is saved as one headache. If it is still going, leave it as Still going.

Do I need an account or login?

No. Open the app and start logging. Your log stays on your phone, and you can export to CSV or back up to a file.

Is the headache calendar or report behind a paywall?

No. The calendar, past months, the report and adding medicine are all free. The app is supported by ads.

How do I share my headache log with my doctor?

Open the report for this month or the last 3 months (headache days, average pain, medicine days, top triggers) and share it as one image.

Can I add my menstrual cycle as a trigger?

Yes. Period is one of the built-in triggers, and you can add your own.

Will it flood me with notifications?

No. There is one optional evening check-in on days with no record. No "migraine-free for X days" messages.

Does it need my location?

No. Achedot does not use location.
