Frequently asked questions
Does the app measure blood pressure or sugar itself?
No. VitalLog is not a medical device and does not measure anything. It's a diary for values you measured with your own BP monitor or glucose meter, organizing them with range classification, trends and averages. If you feel unwell, always consult a doctor.
What are the classification standards?
Blood pressure uses American Heart Association (AHA) ranges — normal, elevated, stage 1/2 hypertension and crisis, shown in color. Glucose uses context-based ranges (fasting, before/after meal, bedtime), and BMI uses Asia-Pacific cutoffs. All for reference only.
Is my data safe?
There's no server and no cloud. No account, no sign-in — every record stays 100% on your device. You can export to CSV anytime to share with your doctor.
Is it free? Are there ads?
Yes, it's free. There are ads (such as a bottom banner), unrelated to your health data, and they never get in the way of core actions like entering and saving.
Which languages are supported?
Many, including English, Korean and Japanese. It follows your device language, or you can switch it in Settings.
