Why do greeting images arrive as an "unsupported file format"?
Many apps share a file type or link the messenger can't preview. Haru saves every card as a standard JPEG photo (1080×1350) and shares it as an image, so it shows up as a picture in the chat.
Do I have to watch ads to unlock cards?
No. Haru is free and supported by ads, but no card is locked behind a video ad and you are never sent away from the app to finish one.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Cards are created on your phone, so there is no server and no error screen when you're offline.
