Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything Folda does happens 100% on your device. No files are transmitted, and there is no server or account.
Can I recover deleted files?
Yes. Deleted files first move to the trash and stay there for 30 days. You can restore them to their original location anytime; permanent deletion always asks for confirmation.
Why does Folda need all-files access?
Only to list, move and organize the files on your storage. Files never leave your device.
What if I forget my Safe Folder PIN?
The PIN is stored only on your device as a hash — we can't see it. Clearing app data resets the PIN; safe-folder files can still be found by enabling hidden-file view in a file manager.
