ClearstreakDays sober and money saved, at a glance

Drinks skipped ยท Check-in calendar ยท 10 minutes to ride out a craving

Open it and see one big number: how many days you have been alcohol-free, ticking up in hours, minutes and seconds. Under it, the money you have saved and the drinks you have skipped, worked out from what you actually used to drink. When a craving hits, one button gives you 10 minutes of guided breathing, and if you do have a drink, you can just log it. Available on Google Play for Android.

Gave up on a sober app because of this?

"EVERY time I pressed a button I was forced to watch a 30-second ad"

"Widget is locked. Not helpful if I can't see my progress when I open my phone."

"The calories the app is suggesting I've saved is almost tripled the real amount"

"No way to reset to day one" โ€” or a stop button that is far too easy to hit by accident

"I would enjoy this app more if I could edit those variables"

"I don't like the random notifications during the day to remind me that I'm a drunk"

Clearstreak: no ad on every tap, widget and craving log included, every number editable ๐ŸŒ…

"Main thing I look at is days sober and money saved"

So that is what Clearstreak puts first, in the biggest type on the screen

One big number

Days alcohol-free in the middle of the home screen, with hours, minutes and seconds counting up live. No wall of cards burying it.

Money saved, drinks skipped

Pick what you used to drink from 6 types (beer, soju, wine, spirits, makgeolli or other), then set drinks per week and price per drink. Your numbers, not a guess.

10 minutes for a craving

Tap "Craving a drink?" for a 10-minute breathing timer with your own reason cards. Note the strength (1 to 5) and what set it off: stress, people, place, feeling or habit. Every craving you beat is counted.

A check-in calendar you can fix

"No drinks today" in one tap. Had a drink? Log it and choose: just log it (cutting down) or start alcohol-free again. Tap any day to add, edit or delete.

History is never wiped

Starting again keeps your past streaks, your longest streak and your total alcohol-free days. Restarting lives in Settings behind a two-step confirmation.

Recovery timeline

What can change after 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 1 year, written carefully with public sources such as the NHS and WHO. No invented health percentages.

Milestones, widget, sharing

Milestones at 1, 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, 180 and 365 days. A home-screen widget with days, money saved and a one-tap check-in. Share your streak as an image card.

Reminders you control, no account

A morning promise and an evening check-in, each one easy to turn off. No sign-up: your start date, logs and reasons stay on your phone.

How it works

1

Set your start and your drink

Enter your start date and time, what you used to drink, drinks per week and price per drink. Change any of it later.

2

Watch the numbers

Check days sober and money saved on the home screen or the widget. Check in each evening with one tap.

3

Give a craving 10 minutes

When the urge hits, tap "Craving a drink?" and breathe through 10 minutes. The win and what triggered it are logged.

Frequently asked questions

Will I see an ad every time I press a button?

No. Clearstreak is supported by ads, but it never puts a full-screen ad in front of every tap. A full-screen ad only appears after you finish something, such as finishing the 10-minute craving timer or saving a drinking-day log. The daily check-in and the craving timer itself never show one. There are no purchases or subscriptions.

Can I lose my streak by tapping the wrong button?

There is no stop button on the home screen. Starting alcohol-free again lives in Settings behind a two-step confirmation, and even then your past streaks stay in history with your longest streak and total alcohol-free days.

If I have one drink, do I have to reset to day one?

You choose. Log the drink on the calendar, then pick "Just log it" to keep counting as someone cutting down, or "Start alcohol-free again" to begin a new streak. Either way, your earlier records are kept.

How is money saved worked out?

You enter what you used to drink (beer, soju, wine, spirits, makgeolli or other), how many drinks per week and the price per drink. Clearstreak multiplies that across your alcohol-free time. Edit the values any time without resetting anything.

What do I do "when I randomly thought of alcohol"?

Tap "Craving a drink?". A 10-minute breathing timer starts and your own reasons for quitting appear on screen. You can note how strong the urge is (1 to 5) and what set it off (stress, people, place, feeling, habit), and each craving you beat is counted so you can spot your patterns.

Can I turn the reminders off?

Yes. There are two: a morning promise and an evening check-in. Turn either off in Settings at any time. The app never opens itself when you unlock your phone.

Is there a home-screen widget?

Yes. The widget shows days alcohol-free and money saved, with a one-tap check-in. It is not locked behind a purchase.

Do I need an account? Where is my data?

No account and no sign-up. Your start date, calendar logs and reasons stay on your phone.

Where does the health information come from?

The recovery timeline is based on public sources such as the NHS and the World Health Organization and is written conservatively ("may", "can"). It contains no invented percentages or life-expectancy numbers, and it is not medical advice.
